Address to "MODEL ENTERPRISES (P) LTD." mentioning numbers of workers required in each category, salary scale, Duty hours and other benefits to the workers as applicable.

(2) POWER OF ATTORNEY:
Authorizing MODEL ENTERPRISES (P) LTD. Kathmandu, Nepal to be true and lawful attorney and agent in Nepal.

(3) AGENCY AGREEMENT:
2 copies Signed and stamped by the Sponsor on their part.

(4) COPY OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN EMPLOYEE AND EMPLOYER: ( 1 Copy)

(5) GAURANTEE LETTER:

Letter from Sponsor undertaking the responsibility that the worker will not be employed other than the sponsor's company/host country only.

(6) AUTHORITY LETTER:
Addressed it His Excellency-"The Consular General" of Saudi Arabia in New-Delhi, India or Dhaka, Bangladesh Wherever-Block Visa has been sent (Applicable for Saudi Arabian Visa). Authorizing "MODEL ENTERPRISES (P) LTD." Licence NO.342-059/060 to be a Lawful Attorney and Agent in Nepal in Connection to the recruitment of workers on behalf of the company.

(7) VISA SLIP:
Original Visa Slip is required if Block Visa is only for Nepal. In case of Multiple Block Visa photocopy will do (applicable for Saudi Arabia).

Photostart of company Registration Certificate or I.D. Card of the Sponser
